Pango Pay-by-Phone gives you a smarter and easier way to park. No longer do you have to look for change, deal with parking machines, or worry about a costly parking ticket. With Pango, you can pay for parking quickly and easily through your cell phone and customize your parking account to suit your needs.

 

To sign-up for the Pango service, you will need to follow a two-step process. First, please fill in the information on this page. The fields that are marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Fields without an asterisk can be completed at your discretion and are designed to help us improve and customize our service for you.

 

After completing the information, click on the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the page to create your account. Your information will be verified, after which you will see a success notification on your screen. You will also receive a text message to your cell phone and an e-mail.

 

Following that confirmation you will be directed to the next page ("Edit Profile") where you may enter your driver(s) and car(s) information to complete the sign-up process and activate your new account.

 

Once you are registered and the account is activated, you will be able to enjoy the many advantages of parking with Pango, including access to advanced account management features on our web-site pages such as:

·         Edit Profile – add more drivers and/or cars to your account, set default parking information to help speed up your regular parking activities, update your business/logon/billing information and so on

·         Reports – use the Parking, Parking Summary and Parking Statement reports to receive extensive and detailed information on all of your parking activities and costs.

Name (mandatory):                                         Your company's name.

Business ID (mandatory):                               Your company's business ID / license number. Please note that this ID number may be used by the Pango system for identification purposes (e.g. password renewal).

Phone:                                                             Telephone number for this account.

Fax:                                                                 Fax number for this account.

Address (mandatory):                                     Street address for this account.

P.O.Box:                                                         P.O.Box number address for this account.

City (mandatory):                                           City for this account (no abbreviations please).

Billing Information:

 

Signing up for the Pango service is free of charge! Your credit card information is required to activate your new account, but you will only be charged for your parking related activities and services.

 

Payment Method:                                           Payment for Pango is by credit card only. Pango accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Card Number (mandatory):                            Your credit card account number.

EXP Date (mandatory):                                  Your credit card's expiration date (please choose month and year from the drop-down lists).

Credit Card Holder Name (mandatory):        Please enter the name of the credit card holder, exactly as it appears on the front of the credit card.

 

Services Contact Information:

First Name (mandatory):                                 The first (given) name of your company's contact.

Last Name (mandatory):                                 The last (family) name of your company's contact.

Phone (mandatory):                                        The telephone number at which your company's contact person can be reached.

Email (mandatory):                                         The email address to which you wish to receive notifications from Pango.

Internet User Name (mandatory):                   Please enter a user-name which you will use to access your Pango account with.

Internet User Password (mandatory):             Enter a password of 8 digits and characters. After sign-up is complete, you will be able to change your password, if you wish, on the Edit Profile page.

 

 

Personal Reminder Service

Activate Personal Reminder Service:             Please check this box if you wish to receive a reminder text or phone call several minutes before each parking session expires. This is a premium service, offering an unlimited number of reminders for a low fixed monthly fee.

Using SMS / Phone:                                        If you check the "Activate" box, then you can select whether to receive reminders by SMS (text message) or phone. The default is via SMS.

For all Cars in the Account:                            If you check the "Activate" box, then you can decide  whether all cars in your account should receive this service. The default is "Yes". If you uncheck this box, you can activate the reminder service for each car separately, in the next step (page) of the sign-up process.

Send Reminder # Minutes Before End:         When you activate the Personal Reminder Service, you can use this field to determine the number of minutes that you receive the reminder text message before your parking session ends. Please choose the number of minutes from the drop-down list (default is 15).

Text Message Confirmation:                           When the Personal Reminder service is activated, the system sends reminders via text message by default. Please uncheck this box if you only wish to receive reminders by phone (voice).

Please type the displayed characters:              This is a mandatory field used for security purposes to ensure that the account information has been entered by a person rather than a computer.

Terms and Conditions:                                    This is a mandatory field that you must check before clicking on the Confirm button. It indicates that you have read and accept the terms and conditions of Pango. To view the terms and conditions, click on the text.

Confirm:                                                          Clicking on the Confirm button will check that all information has been entered correctly, verify payment details, and create your Pango account.

 

Note:

Once your Pango account is created, you will see a notification message on the screen which will also remind you of the password you entered during registration. Once you acknowledge that message, you will be able to activate your account by adding contact(s), driver(s) and car(s) information.
